| Mountain Bike Trip: Students will set up a base camp and
ride the trails in Pigeon River State Park. They will encounter flat, sandy
and hilly terrain. Bikes will be provided, however, students with their
own bikes might be able to bring them along. All students must bring their
own helmets, which they must wear at all times. Minimum of 12 students.
Backpack Trip: A Base camp will be established from which day hikes will be made through Pictured Rocks National Park. Students will need their own backpacks and good hike shoes. Minimum of 20 students.

Voyager Canoe Trip: Traveling the island waterways, students will paddle the same path followed by fur trappers a hundred years ago. The trip begins at Crooked Lake and ends at the Cheboygan State Park on Lake Huron. Students must be able to swim. Life jackets will be provided and will be worn at all times. Minimum of 10 and maximum of 20 students. |
Horseback Trip: Riding out from a base camp, students will spend the day in the saddle exploring various trails in Pigeon River State Forest. This is elk country and students are practically guaranteed to see elk. This trip will include side excursion to a Lamprey Eel Research station. There is an extra $125.00 fee per horse for horse rental on this trip. Minimum of 3 and maximum of 5 students.

Rock Climbing Trip: After extensive technical and safety training, students will establish a base camp in the Upper Peninsula. They will spend their days learning to climb and repel the 60 - 70 foot cliffs. Minimum of 8 maximum of 12 students.
